No Refunds, e-store credit, or replacements are only at the sole discretion of the company. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Cancellation requests are honored at the sole discretion of the company and subject to a fee not less than 50% of the total purchase amount. No cancellations once shipping notification is sent. Returns on eligible items only with prior authorization.

Returns subject to re-stocking & processing fee of $20 per shipment plus 50% of the order total. All New York State purchases are subject to sales tax on applicable items; in all other states, the purchaser is responsible for any applicable taxes.
