Shipping policy

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Shipping is available to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Virgin Islands only. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. EST. No processing on Saturdays, Sundays, or major legal U.S. holidays. The 48-hour processing timeline for orders received on our website outside of these times will begin on the next operational business day after the order has been received. Shipping and tracking timelines are estimates provided by the carrier; we are not responsible for any delays once shipments are in carrier possession. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the time the carrier has established the shipment as "delivered." Claims must be made by emailing info@fatherandsonskitchen.com with supporting photographs, tracking information, and order number.

Due to the nature of our small batch production, quantities may be limited at times. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, we encourage you to join our mailing list and indicate that you would like to be notified when inventory is replenished.
